Legacy pricing
If you subscribed to the Supademo Legacy Pro Plan before July 10th, 2023, you are considered a Legacy User and will be able to take advantage of Legacy Pricing until July 10th, 2024. After that date, regular pricing will apply.
The monthly plan costs $29 per month for 5 Pro users, with an extra charge of $29 per additional Creator or Admin added to the Workspace.
Alternatively, our annual plan costs $288 per year for 5 Pro users, with an additional charge of $288 per extra Creator or Admin added annually.
We only charge based on what you actually use for any given Pro license. We will calculate the prorated cost of new members and charge your card on file automatically.
Example (The prices used in the examples are for illustration purposes only.):
- You are the admin of a workspace in the Legacy Pro plan, which costs $29 per 5 Pro users per month.
- On June 11th, 10 days into your billing period, you add two new Creators (paid seats).
- Supademo will only charge you for the remaining 20 days of your billing period using the credit card on your file.
$29 per seat x 20 days of 30 = $19.6 proration$19.6 x 2 seats = $39.2 total
In the following invoices, each Creator will be charged the full monthly price of $29, as shown in the example above.
We always prorate our charges. If you decide to downgrade or remove a Creator from your Workspace(after the first 5 Pro users) before the end of the billing cycle, we will give you credit based on the remaining time left in your subscription.
- These credits will be applied to the amount due in your next billing interval.
- On a monthly plan, credits will be applied to the amount due on your regular monthly invoice.
- On a yearly plan, credits will be stored until your next invoice or renewal date and will be applied then.
Example (examples are for illustration purposes only):
- You are the admin of a workspace in the Pro plan, which costs $29 per 5 Pro users per month. There are 7 Creators in your Workspace, and your monthly payment is $87.
- You decide to downgrade 2 additional Creators to Viewers on June 10th, but your monthly billing cycle renews on July 1st.
- The 2 Creators that were downgraded will be made Viewers immediately, and prorated credit of $19.6 per user will be added to your regular invoice on July 1st.
$29 per seat x 20 days = $19.6 proration$19.6 x 2 seats = $39.2 total credits
In the following invoice on July 1st, you will be charged $29 per Creator for 4 seats along with the $39.2 credits applied to the same.
Note: Any changes in the role made to the first 5 Pro users will not affect the billing
If you have an annual Pro subscription, your plan will renew every 12 months. If you decide to add new creators to your Workspace, Supademo will calculate the prorated cost of these new members and charge your card on file automatically.
Example (examples are for illustration purposes only.):
- On June 1st, 2023, you purchased the Supademo Pro yearly plan for $288 for 5 Pro users .
- On August 15th, you invited 2 additional people to join your Workspace as Creators. Since the price for each extra seat on your yearly plan is $288, you will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period, from August 15th, 2023, to June 1st, 2024.
$288 per seat x 291 days (out of 365) = $229 proration$229 x 2 seats = $459 total
The prorated charge for the 2 extra seats ($459) will be processed immediately on August 15th.
We always prorate our charges. If you decide to downgrade or remove a Creator from your Workspace before the end of the billing cycle, we will give you credit based on the remaining time left in your subscription.
- On a yearly plan, credits will be stored until your next invoice or renewal date and will be applied then.
Example (examples are for illustration purposes only.):
- You are the admin of a workspace in the Pro plan, which costs $288 per 5 Pro users annually. There are 7 Creators in your Workspace, and your annual payment is $864.
- 2 months into the billing cycle, you decide to downgrade 2 additional Creators to Viewers.
- The 2 Creators that were downgraded will be made Viewers immediately, and prorated credit of $240 per user will be added to your next invoice.
$288 per seat x 60 days = $240 proration$240 x 2 seats = $480 total credits
In the following invoice, you will be charged $288 per 5 Pro users along with the $480 credits applied to the same.
Note: Any changes in the role made to the first 5 Pro users will not affect the billing
